Rebel Wilson has completely transformed her figure after losing more than 20kg over the past 10 months.
And the Hollywood star’s Sydney-based personal trainer, Jono Castano, has now revealed some of her essential daily workouts.
Jono said on Sunrise on Monday that he doesn’t use the word ‘diet’ to describe Rebel’s health and fitness overhaul, saying it’s more about finding ‘balance’.

Jono showcased a number of different exercises with the help of Sunrise host David ‘Kochie’ Koch.
He first got Kochie to do a weighted bicep curl, before moving on to shoulder presses.
The former soccer player-turned-weight loss expert explained that he uses both these exercises while training with Rebel.

Jono then demonstrated a number of overhead extensions, before moving on to weighted planks, which he suggested doing with a bell weight on your back for 10 seconds.
‘Exercise is just about getting the body moving,’ he said, adding that he combines ‘resistance and cardio’ when training with Rebel.
He recommended 45 minutes of exercise five days a week, combined with a healthy diet, in order to achieve weight loss.

Jono explained that ‘structure’ was also important, saying it’s vital to have a routine you can stick to in order to see results.
The segment comes after Rebel revealed she was just 6.5lbs or three kilograms away from reaching her goal weight of 165lbs / 75kg (11.8st).
She shared her exact weight in a celebratory Instagram post on Sunday, after finishing a morning hike in Los Angeles.

‘Happy Sunday everyone! Gearing up for a great week ahead,’ she began.
‘This week was super busy but I got up super early three times (6am) and went on a hike… even did a couple of 100m sprints to get the heart rate even higher – although my “sprint” is probably someone else’s “slow jog”.
‘But I felt proud of myself and [am] now only 3kg away from my goal weight!’

Given that Rebel’s goal weight is 75kg, this means her current weight as of Sunday is 78kg (12.3st or 172lbs).
According to People magazine, Rebel’s weight loss transformation is partially down to following the Mayr Method diet plan.
It comes after Rebel and her new boyfriend Jacob Busch, 29, made their red carpet debut at the Planetary Health Gala in Monte Carlo, Monaco, on September 24.
